Arrival

Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment. Please be aware that if you arrive late, the time of the appointment may be shortened in consideration of the next person.

Cancelling or changing an appointment

If you need to change or cancel an appointment, we kindly ask that you give us 24 hours’ notice. Charges may apply otherwise.

Etiquette and age policy

We request that, where possible, you refrain from using your mobile when in our salon.

No one under the age of 16 can be treated without the consent and presence of a parent or legal guardian. If you choose to bring along a little one with you to your treatment, please be mindful of noise levels and other customers.
